Adjunct Hiring Process ID Project
Project: I evaluated the current hiring process for adjunct faculty.
Findings: The findings showed there were a number of bottlenecks that included inconsistent communication between stakeholders, transparency in the process, and role expectations.
Outcomes: This project will create more transparency and serve as a hiring practice model for other employee groups.
Role: Project Manager, materials development and organization, SME interviewer, and strategist
Deliverables: Recommendation Report, storyboard, process map, graphic illustration, and Google Site
RSI Onboarding and Acknowledgement Certification
Project: Regular & Substantive Instruction course creation and acknowledgment for all faculty who teach online to meet accreditation requirements.
Role: Instructional designer and Subject Matter Expert
Deliverables:
Compliance course including a quiz with 80% pass rate and acknowledgement that meet the accreditation agency's requirements for faculty to be certified to teach online within the institution.
Accessibility Software for Online Learning & Training
Project: Kurzweil3000 & Read the Web Chrome Extension
Role: Collaborator with Disability Resource Services, Trainer & Content developer
Deliverables:
Created materials and job aids
Facilitated trainings virtually via Zoom
