Adjunct Hiring Process ID Project
Project: I conducted an informal evaluation of the current hiring process for adjunct faculty. The findings showed there were a number of bottlenecks that included inconsistent communication between stakeholders, transparency in the process, and role expectations. This project will create more transparency and serve as a hiring practice model for other employee groups.
Role: Project Manager, materials development and organization, SME interviewer, and strategist

Focus: ALT100 was co-developed between myself (reading faculty) and writing faculty to provide additional support for incoming students that scored below ENG101 course placement.

DRS Faculty Resource Guide 2.0 & Canvas Course
Project: DRS Canvas Course & Faculty Resource Guide 2.0
Role: Collaborator, SME trainer, Course designer, and Multi-media creator
Deliverables:
In collaboration with the DRS Director, Catherine Pettet, we are currently creating a self-enroll Canvas course to provide faculty and staff the guidance they need in order to effectively facilitate learning for Students with Disabilities.
